Designed for applications where good thermal conductivity and low viscosity at 50°C are important design criteria. This material works well in applications where high temperatures will be routinely encountered. The Epic 0161 also exhibits good chemical resistance and adhesion to a variety of end-cap substrates.

The Epic S7293 series features good tear propogation and low weight loss after 1,000 hours @ 275°F. This is an outstanding material for moldable end-cap applications that require a tough tear resistant material and fast get time for rapid cycle of parts.

This material is suitable for high temperature applications. The Epic 0174 material is an excellent candidate for filter end-cap adhesion applications. This material bonds to a variety of substrates, has good chemical resistance and maintains physical integrity in applications up to 350˚F.

This material was formulated using the same chemical backbone as the very popular Epic filter adhesive Epic S7292. This material does have some flow characteristics however it does not sag which allows the operator to pot both end-caps and apply the seam without the material running, thus reducing the amount of work in process (WIP). This is an outstanding material for hydraulic filter applications.

The Epic S7350 series has been designed with a fast gel time to provide rapid cycling of parts. This series of products has good moisture tolerance in uncontrolled production environments which reduces waste. The Epic S7350 series is designed to provide superior adhesion to a variety of metals.

Epic S7445 is formulated with a low viscosity for increased flow when used in the manufacture of HEPA/Air filters. This polyurethane can be used on wood or metal substrates and provides a fast cure with a low exotherm.

The Epic S7463 series is a two component polyurethane with a convenient 4:1 volumetric mix ratio and self-leveling viscosity. The S7463 series adheres well to many plastic and metal substrates, and is proven to be a great substitute to plastisol.

Epic S7381 is a high hardness polyurethane casting material for use in filter end-cap applications. The high hardness and rapid cure allow for the fast processing of chemically resistant end-caps.

Epic S7403 is a two component 100% reactive epoxy adhesive. Epic S7403 exhibits very good chemical resistance to many automotive fluids. This material has a short Gel Time for fast turnover of parts. The S7403 is suitable for hydraulic filter end-cap applications and other chemically demanding adhesive applications.

The Epic RM2007 is a medium hardness polyurethane used in the pool and spa filter industry that possesses a fast cure and a biocide to inhibit fungal growth on filters.

Epic S7292 is an epoxy filter adhesive that will maintain its hardness at 200˚F. The Epic S7292 offers good chemical resistance and bonds well to a variety of plastic and metal materials. This material is suitable for filter end-cap applications that will have to perform in high temperature chemicals.

The Epic S7479 is a moderately high hardness polyurethane that gels quickly and contains biocide to inhibit fungal growth for use in the pool and spa industry.

The Epic S7455 series possesses rapid cure and high hardness to allow for the fast processing of chemical resistant end-caps. Epic S7455 series adheres well to various metal and plastic end-cap materials, including Nylon.

Epic RM2011 is a premium moldable end-cap material that is extremely tear resistant. Its quick gel time allows for the fast processing of end-caps and its medium hardness enables the filter to act as its own gasket.
